The Desidly application is an online service for creating, sharing, and exploring decision trees. It is accessible at: https://desidly.com (or any associated subdomain or domain).
The service is operated by Vincent Perrier-Perrery as an individual.
These Terms of Service define the conditions for accessing and using the application. By accessing or using Desidly, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
Access to public trees is free and does not require registration.
To create, modify, duplicate, or save trees, a user account is required.
The application is currently free. Some advanced features may become paid in the future. Any changes will be clearly notified.
There is no age restriction, but the user must be legally capable of consenting to use the service.
Desidly allows users to:
The free version allows up to 10 trees per account.
Users can sign up via Supabase Auth with an email address.
In case of lost access, a reset link is sent by email.
Users can request deletion of their account and data at any time by emailing: support@futurnomdedomaine.com
The entire service (interface, code, name, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Vincent Perrier-Perrery. Any reproduction or use is prohibited without written permission.
Public trees created by users are made available under a free license (default: CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise specified.
Private trees remain the exclusive property of their author and are not indexable by search engines.
Users agree not to create or share illegal, hateful, defamatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
Desidly reserves the right to moderate, block, or delete any content that does not comply with these terms.
Desidly is a structuring and decision-support tool. It does not provide legal, medical, professional, or financial advice.
Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on the trees they create or consult.
Desidly cannot be held responsible for the consequences of using the service in a critical context.
Data collected: first name, last name, email (via Supabase Auth), and trees created by the user.
Purposes: user identification, saving their trees, improving the service.
Legal basis: contract performance (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
Retention period: data is kept as long as the account is active. Deleted upon request or after prolonged inactivity.
Hosting: data stored on European servers via Supabase (and Vercel for the frontend).
User rights: right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection (Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR). These rights can be exercised by emailing support@futurnomdedomaine.com
Desidly reserves the right to:
Users will be notified of any substantial changes.
Each user may terminate their account at any time.
In case of non-compliance with these terms, Desidly may suspend or delete an account after notifying the user.
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
